A photo after the visit
An after-visit photo lets you see the pool without being there. If you are planning time away, discuss your contact details at the assessment so Jud knows how to reach you about anything that needs attention.
Manasota Key is a barrier island along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Whether you are home or away for a while, pool care should be easy to arrange. Your weekly visits come from the same technician, with a photo after each visit.
Agree on access before service begins, and know what your monthly plan covers before extra work is needed.

Arrange the gate code or other agreed entry method before the first visit. Share any pet precautions and how the gate should be secured afterward. Safe pool access matters; you do not need to leave your home open.
Normal-use chemicals are included. Extra chemical costs after storms or heavy use are discussed upfront. Peace of Mind includes priority storm cleanup, but it is not emergency service or a guaranteed response time.
Every plan includes weekly water testing and balancing, normal-use chemicals, surface skimming, basket emptying and a photo report. Brushing and weekly vacuuming start with Full Service. Equipment checks flag anything that needs attention; repairs are not part of our service.
Jud serves Englewood, South Venice, and Manasota Key. Your address and route availability are confirmed with your quote, not assumed from the map. A free assessment sets the final price for your pool.
Ask about your homeThis map shows the area, not an exact service boundary. We confirm availability and your monthly price after a free pool assessment.
Yes. Request a free assessment and discuss access before you leave. Jud will confirm whether your address fits the route and explain the plan before you decide.
One-time cleanup and green-to-clean work are quoted separately, with extra costs explained upfront. Ask for an assessment rather than assuming a regular visit covers that work.
Equipment condition checks flag concerns for you to take to a licensed contractor. Pool care does not include equipment repairs, installation, plumbing, or electrical work.
